Center for Disease Control lowers threat level of H1N1
The Centers for Disease Control has re-evaluated the severity of the health threat posed by H1N1, and no longer recommends school closures when a suspected or confirmed case of influenza A (H1N1) is identified.
As of Friday, May 8, there continues to be no confimed cases of swine flu A(H1N1) in Fresno County. Clovis Unified remains in close contact with Fresno County health officials, and receives updates throughout the day as new information is available.

It is important to remember that there are some simple things that can be done to prevent the spread of illness. This includes covering your cough or sneezing with a tissue, good handwashing practices - especially after coughing or sneezing - avoiding contact with other sick individuals, and staying home if you are exhibiting flu symptoms.
