Certificated and classified employees of the District hired prior to September 1, 2007 approved for retirement under the requirements of their respective retirement systems and who have worked for CUSD a minimum of 15 years have the option of continuing their benefits under the Retiree Life Health Agreement. Certificated and classified employees of the District hired after September 1, 2007 approved for retirement under the requirements of their respective retirement systems and who have worked for CUSD a minimum of 30 years have the option of continuing their benefits under the Retiree Life Health Agreement.
