Scott Troescher is the Fleet Service Writer for the City of Clovis, and the father of two Clovis Unified graduates. Living in the Clovis area for two decades, Mr. Troescher chose to run for the Governing Board to serve the school district that gave his own children a great start to their lives. His wife is also involved in education as an instructional assistant for special needs students. Mr. Troescher has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from CSU Fresno. Term Expires 2012.
