Mr. Bill McGuire is starting his 21st year in school business. Mr. McGuire started as Chief Accountant at Del Norte County Unified School District, took a promotion to the Calaveras County Office of Education where he became the Director of Business Services. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to Assistant Superintendent of Business Services. Mr. McGuire continued the progression of his career to Calaveras Unified School District, then to Merced City School District and is now the Associate Superintendent of Administrative Services at Clovis Unified School District.

Mr. McGuire has experience working in a county office, several unified school districts, elementary school districts of various sizes, as well as currently working in the 24th largest school district in California. Under his leadership, Clovis Unified School District was the first district in California to win the ASBO Meritorious Budget Award and has won the award each year thereafter.
