Services include well baby/child exams. 1st grade physicals, WIC screening, TB skin tests, immunizations, sports screenings and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries.
Sports Physicals will be $30.00 starting June 14, 2010
Fee schedule/ CASH ONLY
$15.00 per immunization ($10.00 TB skin test)
(TB skin tests are given only on Monday’s and Tuesday’s during the summer)
$30.00 flat fee for sports screening -
Walk in only/ No appts.
$30.00 for preschool/1st grade physical- Appt. REQUIRED
$30.00 for sick visit (for patients with no insurance or private insurance)
*No charge for Medi-Cal patients for sick visits, complete physical examinations and immunizations.

Directions: West on Herndon to Blackstone. Turn right onto Blackstone and get into the far left-hand lane. Turn left at signal light at Spruce. The health center is on the SW corner of Spruce & Sugarpine.

Tarpey Health Center - 2700 Minnewawa, Clovis - 559-327-8096
Directions: Health Center is located 2 blks. south of the intersection at Shaw and Minnewawa Avenues. The health center is the portable building on the right hand side just as you enter the school zone and across the street from the Children’s First Daycare Center. Look for the red door.
