The attached 2021 document indicates where the institution has submitted sufficient information to deem the precondition as met and indicates those preconditions for which additional information or evidence is still needed. If the feedback indicates that additional information is needed, please submit that information by August 30, 2021.
Institutions failing to submit revised preconditions within this time frame will be included in the next Committee on Accreditation meeting agenda for discussion and possible action
Precondition 2- Provide a copy of or link to the institution’s teach out plan.
Precondition 8- Provide evidence that demonstrates how candidates are informed of the existence of the grievance process – orientation materials or meeting agendas where it is clear that the grievance process was discussed.
Precondition 1- Provide evidence in authentic programmatic documentation that specifically indicates in clear language that the induction program is “designed to provide a two-year, individualized, job-embedded system of mentoring, support and professional learning that begins in the teacher’s first year of teaching.”
Precondition 2- It is not clear if mentors are assigned to candidates within the first 30 days of the participant’s enrollment in the program. Please provide evidence of this in authentic programmatic documentation.
Precondition 2-Provide the most recent/current year’s mentor/candidate matches. The evidence provided is from the 2018-19 academic year.
Precondition 4- It is not clear based on the evidence provided that the goals for each participating teacher are developed within the context of the ILP within the first 60 days of the teacher’s enrollment in the program. Please provide a copy of the policy statement in authentic programmatic documentation.
Precondition 5- Provide an assurance statement, signed by the unit head, stating that the ILP will be designed and implemented solely for the professional growth and development of the participating teacher and not for evaluation for employment purposes.

The information provided by your institution to demonstrate that each Commission approved credential program is operating in compliance with preconditions have been reviewed by staff.
