Despite the temporary suspension of on-site instruction to help stop the spread of COVID-19, we are still selling tickets and raising funds for Clovis Unified. This year’s drawing is planned for summer 2020.
What is Granville Home of Hope?
Granville Home of Hope is Granville Homes' annual home drawing, which raises funds for nonprofit organizations doing great work for the community. Granville Homes, along with its trade partners, donates a beautiful, brand new home to be awarded to one lucky winner. Just 8,000 tickets will be sold this year, so the chances of winning are great, and best of all -- every single penny raised goes back to the nonprofit beneficiaries. This year, Foundation for Clovis Schools is one of ten community nonprofits to benefit from the fundraiser.
The Foundation receives 100% of the value of the tickets we sell. That means that each ticket you buy provides a $100 donation to our programs -- AND you get a chance at a brand new Granville home! Last year, the Granville Home of Hope fundraiser raised more than $54,000 for the Foundation for Clovis Schools!
Two purchase options:
Individual home tickets are $100 each OR, buy a two-ticket bundle for $200 and earn an entry into a special bonus drawing for a two-year lease on a 2020 Lexus UX! There are also several secondary prizes to be won, valued at over $250 each!
About the home:
This year's home is located in the lovely gated Canvas Collection community at Belterra off of Fowler and Shields. The home (the Canvas 10 model) features 1,962 sq. ft. of living space, with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It is valued at $350,000 and is located right here within Clovis Unified School District.
