  • A man with gray hair and glasses smiles for a portrait.As medical director of miCare, Dr. Todd Ragar has over 17 years of practice as a family medicine physician, practicing in Billings from 2000 to 2011, after which he spent two years overseas. A native of Glendive, Montana, he is a graduate of the University of Montana and the University of Washington School of Medicine. “Working as a primary care physician not only is my field of medical expertise, but it is where miCare makes the greatest impact on the health and wellbeing of our patients,” said Dr. Ragar. He cites primary-care services as the area where miCare excels, in addition to “a tradition of cost-effective and personalized medical services.”

She has under three years of experience as a medical assistant, primarily in family practice. She also has experience in an urgent care setting. Angela enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

    Barbara has been with the miCare CUSD Health Center since it opened in January 2018. She is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Barbara is from Fresno, graduating from Fresno State in 1995 with her B.S. in Nursing, then completing her master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2007. She worked in Women’s Health for Dr. John Swanson for 10 years prior to joining the miCare CUSD team. Barbara loves the CUSD family and has greatly enjoyed caring for its employees and dependents.

     

    Barbara and her husband have 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, trips to the beach and traveling the world.

She is recognized for her compassionate patient care, strong clinical skills, and commitment to supporting both patients and providers. In addition, she holds a BLS certification and brings valuable frontline healthcare knowledge from her six years as a Patient Care Technician (PCT).

    Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending quality time with her four children, caring for her plants and garden, and staying active at the gym. She is excited to bring her skills and passion for patient care to the miCare team.

  • A man in a white lab coat smiles at the camera.Mat received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University Fresno in 1993 where he was an honorary member of Sigma Theta Tau.  He received his Master of Science in Nursing from California State University Dominguez Hills in 2000.  He has been a certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2001.  Mat’s experiences have been in the areas of orthopedic, emergency, internal and cardiac medicine.  His interests are exercising, roller coasters, automobile racing, the beach, camping and spending time with his family.

    In her free time, Faith enjoys spending quality time with her husband, sons, and extended family. She is enthusiastic about joining the miCare team and looks forward to contributing to the care and support of our patients.

She is a native of Fresno, CA and a product of Clovis Unified School District. Amy attended Rice University on a volleyball scholarship where she double majored in Sociology and Kinesiology. She then received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Virginia. She returned home to Fresno, CA in 2013 and achieved her Masters in Family Nurse Practioner in 2019 from California State University, Fresno.

    Amy has three sons, Jacob, Brody, and Caden. She enjoys time with her family, attending church, reading, hiking, traveling, playing and coaching volleyball. She is excited to join the miCare CUSD Health Center, return to her roots and care for those in the Clovis Unified School District.

He was responsible for the medical readiness of 130 paratroopers and was stationed at Fort Bragg, NC before joining the civilian sector in June 2023. He holds EMT and BLS certifications. He is the oldest of three children and enjoys fishing playing video games and fixing things around the house. He has a passion for helping people and is excited about continuing his career in the medical field.

She obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2022 and graduated from California State University, Fresno with her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in May of 2024. Meimei’s past experiences include employment as neuroscience registered nurse (RN) at a level one trauma center, telemetry registered nurse –specializes in monitoring patients who have had cardiac surgery or other cardiac conditions. She also practiced as a family nurse practitioner in Reedley, CA and Yokuts Valley, CA serving those clients with complex physical and mental health conditions of all ages. 

    Throughout graduate school and experiences as an RN, Meimei found her passion for nursing continued to drive her to provide the best possible care to her clients in her role of becoming a nurse practitioner. She is a strong advocate for holistic care and preventative care. 

    Meimei enjoys gardening, spending time with her family and friends and has a special place in her heart for all animals.

    In her free time, Iris enjoys going on hikes and exploring the outdoors. She’s also a coffee enthusiast, with a love for discovering new brews and cafés.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University, Fresno in 2017.  As a Registered Nurse, Katie worked in emergency medicine and has experience in critical care, surgery, endoscopy, and aesthetics. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2023 at Fresno Pacific University. While finalizing her degree she was able to work with our clinician team at the CUSD miCare Health Center as a Student FNP. She enjoyed working with the team and wanted to continue to provide care to the wonderful CUSD community. Katie enjoys spending time with her family, practicing archery with her husband, and attempting to conquer the world of sourdough baking.

A certified medical assistant and emerging leader with professional excellence. Her career spans over diverse healthcare settings, including family practice, pediatrics, OB/GYN, and behavioral health. Olga has a proven track record in leadership roles, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with healthcare regulations, and patient-centered care delivery. 

    She was raised in Huron, CA. In her free time she enjoys visiting family in Arizona and embracing the outdoors through activities such as kayaking, fishing, hiking, camping, and beach outings with her four sons. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband of 20 years and fostering a strong sense of family.
