2022/2023 Registration

Welcome to the Campus Club Online Registration page! Please read carefully through the following steps before starting your online application to ensure that you complete the application correctly. Submissions of incomplete applications may compromise your position in the First Come, First Served process.

Complete an online application for each child you are registering into Campus Club. Paper applications are no longer available.
Only a Parent/Legal Guardian may fill out this application.
Please do not list Grandparents, Step Parents, etc., in the Other Parent/Legal Guardian box unless otherwise stated by court papers.
Early Release Wednesdays are the only program that can be used by itself. Otherwise, program schedules must be a minimum of 6 hours per week.
If the "Other Parent/Legal Guardian" is not authorized to pickup/visit child Court Papers must be submitted to the Child Development office or scanned and emailed to [email protected]. (Photos will not be accepted)
DON'T FORGET! Before submitting make sure to save a copy of your application to your computer for your records.
Make sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page when you have completed each application.
The annual Campus Club Registration fee will be payable with your first bill. ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE: $30 PER CHILD/$40 PER FAMILY (2 or more children).
If you realized you have made a mistake but have already submitted your application, please contact the Child Development office at 559.327.9160 to make corrections. Please DO NOT submit another application.
