Good evening Clovis Unified families, please take a few minutes to watch this update from Superintendent Eimear O'Brien, and to note the following updates about Clovis Unified. Watch her video here:
Starting this week, the Superintendent updates will be sent weekly, with the next update scheduled for Thursday, May 14 (and Thursdays thereafter).
The Governing Board will meet Wednesday night, during which they will review the current state of California’s stay at home order, plans for graduation experiences, and other work of Clovis Unified to deliver distance learning to our students. The Board is not currently scheduled to take additional action at this meeting related to the suspension of onsite instruction that is currently through May 22.
Join us this Wednesday when we celebrate (virtually) student achievements in the Visual and Performing Arts during the board meeting. At their May 20 meeting, students achieving competitive academic awards will also be honored.
As of this Wednesday, meal service will move to a weekly delivery for students. Meals will only be served on Wednesday, but students will be provided five days worth of breakfasts and lunches. More information is available online at cusd.com.
Individual schools and teachers are continuing to update students and families about end of year schoolwork. Any school-related questions can be submitted to teachers or school sites directly.
