The Crystal Award is Clovis Unified's highest recognition of an employee, and only a very select few of the close to 7,000 district employees receive it. Honorees are nominated by their peers and selected from employee panels of judges who follow strict criteria established by the Governing Board and district aims and core values.

The award was presented Feb. 28 to 28 men and women or their exceptional work and passionate dedication to students during the previous school year (2022-23 year).
