Mission Statement
The mission of the Classified Unit/Business Support Senate (CUBSS) is to serve as representatives in communication concerns and issues related to policy making and procedures in partnership with our administration, teachers, fellow employees, and community.

Goals and Objectives
To be an effective voice of Classified Unit/Business Support employees and a support when necessary.
To foster communication across the District.
To be an integral and equal partner in the vision and operation of the District.
To serve as a positive forum for dialogue and brainstorming solutions for continuous improvement of District wide processes and procedures.
To support the District’s mission and core values.

Membership and Roles
Each member will serve a two-year term.
Select minimum of four and maximum of six representative from each School Area.
Two elementary and two secondary employees
Select seven representatives from each District Division.
School Leadership
Administration Service and Human Resources
Attend monthly meetings.
Report meeting outcomes to CUBSS members respective sites/departments
Represent CUBSS on District committees and report back during monthly CUBSS meetings.
