The temporary account credentials can be generated by staff members at:

Detailed instructions on how to do this are located on the department’s intranet page. Use the “Internal ITS Site” link in the left menu to access.
Our method of adding printers has changed. You should now have a icon link on your desktop called “add printer”. Click on that icon to add printers to your computer. If you don’t see the icon/link, check your Software Center application to see if it is available. If you are not sure how to do that, please call the helpdesk @79595 for assistance.
