Similar to last year, Clovis Unified will be using an online system for completing the yearly forms packet (e.g.,emergency card, student release form, zero tolerance form, etc.). Last year, we had over 99% of our parents successfully complete the process. This year, we are going to start allowing parents to fill out forms earlier in an effort to streamline the process.

Parents will access the forms through Parent Connection using the included PIN and password (shown below). It is mandatory that all students have their forms completed/updated by a parent or legal guardian by Friday, August 11th. Students will not receive their schedule or teacher assignments until the forms are completed. 

Parent Connection is provided free of charge and is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any computer/smartphone with internet access. If you are accessing the information using a smartphone, please use the link to the desktop site.


If you need your Parent Connect login information, it can be emailed to you. From the Parent Connection log in screen click on “Need Your Login Information?” Enter your email (you must have an email on file) and select submit. The pin number and password will be emailed.

Before attempting to fill out the forms online, it would be helpful to read the following information. You will also need important information like doctor’s phone numbers, insurance card, and needed medications.

Parent Connection also gives you the ability to view school news, attendance, schedules, assignments (for classes where Zangle grade book is used), grades, transcript history, testing information, and cafeteria purchases throughout the school year. Your Parent Connection account will be available from July 27, 2015 through June 30, 2016.
