Quick Facts about the 2022-23 School Year
First Day: Clovis Unified schools begin Monday, Aug. 22.
Bell Schedule: Schools have new starting and ending times. See your school's website for details.
Meals: No-cost breakfasts and lunches will continue to be available to all students.
Buses: Updated schedules, routes and stops will be available in August.
Dress Code: The revised dress code can be reviewed here before going back-to-school shopping.
Safety: Safety continues to be a priority for Clovis Unified. See below for details on new systems being implemented.

Re-Enrollment/Annual Information Update
Parents and guardians of all returning Clovis Unified students must update student records with current contact and emergency information and review district policies prior to the start of the new school year. This online process occurs between July 25 to Aug. 12 through Parent Connect accounts. Students will not receive their schedule or teacher assignments until these forms are completed. Watch for emails with more information or call 559-327-0789 with questions.

Bell Schedules

Due to California’s new start time law taking effect in the 2022-23 school year, Clovis Unified's Governing Board has approved new bell schedules. For 2022-23 bell schedules, visit your school's website or click here.

Bus Schedules

Times for most routes will remain similarly-distanced from before and after school as previous years. Routes and bus stop locations will be announced mid-August. Transportation-eligible students will receive a transportation ID card to help track students and increase efficiency across our bus fleet. Educational Benefit Survey

Help your school and students by filling out the Educational Benefit Survey during the Annual Information Update. Data from this survey can lead to additional state and federal funds for schools and programs. The survey can also be accessed and completed here.

New Enrollment: TK-12

New to Clovis Unified? Whether your child is just entering school, or if a move has brought you to Clovis Unified, we welcome new students. And, if your child will turn five (5) between September 2, 2022, and February 2023, you can enroll them in our newly expanded Transitional Kindergarten classes. Begin the enrollment process for your Transitional Kindergarten through grade 12 student here

Preschool, Before/After School Care

School Safety

Safety continues to be a priority for Clovis Unified. Enhanced training and protocol refinement with staff and area law enforcement is ongoing. This year, the district is implementing a system that increases the speed of a campus lockdown and allows for quicker messaging to parents. Later, an automated system that can lock unmanned campus doors from a remote location will be implemented. Students will continue to receive training and safety drill practices on procedures.
