Behavioral Health Coverage

Clovis Unified School District is contracted with Halcyon Behavioral Health to provide its employees, covered dependents, and retirees under the CUSD Health Plan with mental & behavioral health services as well as substance abuse programs.

Halcyon Behavioral works with a wide (and growing) network of mental health providers, psychiatric services, and substance abuse programs & facilities to ensure that CUSD employees, retirees, and dependents covered under the CUSD Health Plan receive quality care that meets their specific needs.

To start services, place a call to Halcyon’s confidential Member Services to speak with one of their compassionate representatives who will assess the needs of the caller & provide a referral to the appropriate care.

Copays

  • Participating Provider

    $25 Copay Per Visit

  • Non-Participating Provider

    50% of the network contract rate after any applicable deductible

  • Visit Limitations

    Unlimited visits permitted as long as deemed medically necessary
