The Sierra Vista Children’s Health Center provides health services to Clovis Unified students and the children of CUSD staff.
Health Services available to children ages 0-18 years and are free of charge to income-eligible families and CUSD staff’s children. Patients who have Medi-Cal are also eligible for these services, as well as those who do not have health insurance coverage. These services include:
- Well-baby and well-childcare
- Immunizations – you must qualify for VFC services (call the health center to see if you qualify)
- Tuberculosis testing
- WIC referrals
- Treatment of illnesses and minor injuries
- Sports screenings - $30 cash/credit
- Preschool/first-grade physicals - $30 cash/credit
All Sierra Vista Children’s Health Center services are by appointment only. Please call the health center to schedule your child’s appointment.
HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday through Thursday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (closed for lunch 12:00 – 1:00). Closed June 19th and reopening for the new school year on July 20th, Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (closed for lunch 12:00 – 1:00). Starting August 10th, normal hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (closed for lunch 12:00 1:00) will resume.

HEALTH CENTER LOCATION: The health center is located at the southeast corner of the school’s campus (Barstow and Pollasky) on the Pollasky side behind the Head Start preschool building. Please park on the Pollasky side parking lot and look for the building at the southern end of the campus.
