2025 Report to the Community

Who Are We?

Students walk on a pathway in front of the new Terry P. Bradley Educational Center under a clear blue sky.

Clovis Unified is more than its name implies. Our 200-square-mile boundary includes most of Clovis, 20 percent of Fresno and a small portion of unincorporated Fresno county. We work in partnership with three local governments and law enforcement agencies. We strive to make a positive impact in the communities in which our schools are located by offering high-quality education of children at well-kept facilities that enhance nearby businesses and properties.

Clovis Unified is a destination district. Families choose to live within our boundary so their children can attend our schools. Over the years, our community has come to expect excellence: cutting-edge curriculum, innovative teachers, robust co-curricular opportunities and a caring team. Many also call our boundaries home because Clovis Unified has proven to be a good neighbor – maintaining beautiful campuses, fostering community pride and contributing to rising residential and commercial property values.

Can one look both behind and ahead to chart a course? We believe so. Timeless traditions, paired with timely innovation, have made Clovis Unified the top-achieving public school district in Fresno County. As we celebrate our 65th year as a unified school district, we remain deeply rooted in the core values that built our foundation. At the same time, we look ahead to a changing world to ensure our students are prepared for the future.

This year’s guiding theme reflects our journey: Where Tradition Inspires Tomorrow.
