Board Agendas, Meetings & Archives

Guidelines for members of the public who wish to provide comments in person during a Board meeting:

• Complete and submit a Public Presentation form before the start of the Board meeting. Forms will not be accepted after 6:30 p.m. (or 12:00 p.m. for the December meeting). The public presentation form will be available in the lobby outside of the Board meeting room at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
• Comments on items that are ON the agenda are to be made when the item is called by the Board President.
• Comments on matters that are NOT on the agenda are to be made during Public Presentations. Please note that because the items brought up by the public during this time are not on the agenda, per the Brown Act, the Board may not discuss or act upon such items.
• Pursuant to Board Bylaw No. 9323, each speaker has no more than two (2) minutes to present their comments. No speaker may yield his or her time to another speaker.
• If special assistance is needed to access the Board meeting room or to otherwise participate at the meeting, please contact the Superintendent’s Office at 327-9105 at least 48 hours hours prior to the meeting.

Each regular Board meeting will be video recorded by the District, the recording of which will be made accessible to the public within 48 hours of the meeting.
