  • Payroll - Summer Pay Program Guidelines:

The summer pay program is a voluntary program available to employees who have a 10- or 11-month regular contract. Summer pay sets aside a portion of your regular payroll, so you'll receive a paycheck in the months of July and August. If started mid-year, payments in July and august will not be reflective of a full year participation. If at any time you decide you no longer want to participate in the summer pay program, a stop form is available. Important note: One (1) change is allowable per fiscal year.
