All coaches must complete the following additional trainings:

• Concussion in Sports
• Sudden Cardiac Arrest
• Heat Illness Prevention

Concussion in Sports, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, and Heat Illness Prevention trainings are FREE through the NFHS Learning Center. Each course takes approximately 15-30 minutes to complete.

1. Click the link above to access the NFHS Learning Center
2. Create an account or sign in. If creating a new account, please use your personal email address, as District emails may cause sign-in issues.
3. From the dashboard, hover over the red “COURSES FOR” tab and select “COACHES.”
4. Under the category list, select “FREE.” Add the following courses to your dashboard: Concussion in Sports, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, and Heat Illness Prevention.
5. Return to the main dashboard and complete all three courses.
6. Download and save the Certificates of Completion after finishing each course.
