District Paid Disability

The following (non-management) employee groups may be eligible for Disability insurance through VOYA Financial:

Three circular badges with starburst edges, labeled 'Operations,' 'Business Support,' and 'Confidential,' each with a list of related departments or job titles.

Upon satisfying a 45-day waiting period & sick leave exhaustion, eligible employees can receive a benefit of 66.75% of their base salary up to a monthly maximum of $3,000.
