4/6/26 through 5/15/26
Any changes made during Open Enrollment will be effective 9/1/26 for Health and 1/1/27 for Dental & Vision
CUSD Open Enrollment Portal
All benefitted employees are required to complete Open Enrollment on CUSD’s Portal for health, dental, and vision changes. CUSD’s Open Enrollment Portal allows employees to:
- Review existing benefit coverage
- Make changes to benefit plans
- Add / Remove dependents
- Upload dependent eligibility documents
- Obtain an enrollment summary confirmation

American Fidelity Voluntary Benefits
Clovis Unified partners with American Fidelity, who provides District employees with voluntary benefits such as Flexible Spending Accounts, accident plans, cancer plans, additional life insurance policies, and much more!
You can enroll or re-enroll in voluntary benefits through American Fidelity’s separate portal. Participation is not required by the District.
For questions regarding voluntary benefit plans, make an appointment with a representative using their online scheduler or call American Fidelity’s Fresno office at 559-230-2107.
