Instant Connect, also called BrightArrow, is the district's mass notification system used for sending messaging out to the parents and guardians of students. The system can send phone calls, emails and text messages. It is a one-way communication system designed for schools or the district to reach out to a large group of parents, but not to receive responses.
This system is designed for uses such as:
- Attendance phone calls
- Invitations to school events
- Weekly newsletter emails
- Urgent communication during a school emergency (lockdown, power outage, etc.)
- In this instance, the District Office team will often assist your site with communication.
