Fees

Expanded Learning is a fee-based program, however your school or family may qualify for a fee-waiver. More information on fee-waiver qualifications is below. For the fee-based program it is a prepayment program. Payment in full is due on the first of each month of service. Click HERE for payment options. If the payment is not received by the 10th of the month a late fee will be assessed. A monthly statement containing the amount due for the upcoming month, (i.e., September fees will be on the August billing and June fees will be on the May billing) is delivered by the first of the month. Your statement will vary depending on how many service days are in the month ( i.e., November has 15 service days and April has 21 so the April bill would reflect the additional service days). A self-addressed envelope is included in each month’s billing for your convenience.

Fee-Waiver Qualifications

Through ELOP funding we are able to offer fee-waivers if your student meets one of the following qualifications:

1) Qualifies for Free/Reduced Cost Meals. For more information and to find out if your student qualifies please click here.

2) English Learner. This is an official designation through the school district based on your student's primary language and English proficiency.

3) Homeless

4) Foster Youth

DAILY FEES

Before School - Begins at 7 AM		1.0 hrs	$5.00 per day
Transitional Kindergarten/Kindergarten	M/T/TH/F	3.5 hrs	$17.50 per day
Transitional Kindergarten/Kindergarten	Wednesday	2.75 hrs	$13.75 per day
After School - Ends at 6 PM	M/T/TH/F	3.5 hrs	$17.50 per day
After School - Ends at 6 PM	Wednesday	5.0 hrs	$25.00 per day

*Minimum 6 hours per week required for enrollment.

EARLY RELEASE WEDNESDAYS FEES

Early Release Wednesdays is the only program we allow to be used as a stand alone program.

Note: It can be combined with other programs. If combined with other programs the 6 hour per week minimum will apply.

FULL DAY PROGRAM FEES

Full Day Programs are available during fall, winter, spring and summer breaks. Separate applications are required for each full day program session. Enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis.

LATE PICK UP FEES

Late fees may apply for late pick-ups. Reoccurring late pick-ups may result in student being dropped from program.

$10.00	up to 15 minutes
$20.00	up to 30 minutes
$30.00	up to 45 minutes

If your child is not picked up within 30 minutes after closing time, and we are unable to reach you or anyone on your approved emergency/release contact list, we will have to notify Child Protective Services or local authorities and ask them to pick up your child.

ADDITIONAL FEES

LATE PAYMENT FEE: Payments are due on the first of the month. A late payment fee will be accessed on the account after the tenth.	$15.00
MISSING CHILD SEARCH FEE: A child attending any after school program must have a verified absence by an authorized adult. If the absence cannot be verified, it may result in a report to the local authorities as a "missing child".	$25.00
EMERGENCY SCHEDULE CHANGE: Requires approval and must be done in the Child Development office.	$10.00
RETURNED CHECK FEE: Applied to any account with a returned check to Campus Club.	$25.00
ROSTER COPIES FEE: Request must be made in the Child Development office and may take up to 10 business days to process. Payment due upon pick-up of copies.	$10
