Expanded Learning is a fee-based program, however your school or family may qualify for a fee-waiver. More information on fee-waiver qualifications is below. For the fee-based program it is a prepayment program. Payment in full is due on the first of each month of service. Click
HERE for payment options. If the payment is not received by the 10th of the month a late fee will be assessed. A monthly statement containing the amount due for the upcoming month, (i.e., September fees will be on the August billing and June fees will be on the May billing) is delivered by the first of the month. Your statement will vary depending on how many service days are in the month ( i.e., November has 15 service days and April has 21 so the April bill would reflect the additional service days). A self-addressed envelope is included in each month’s billing for your convenience.

Fee-Waiver Qualifications
Through ELOP funding we are able to offer fee-waivers if your student meets one of the following qualifications:
1) Qualifies for Free/Reduced Cost Meals. For more information and to find out if your student qualifies please
click here. 2) English Learner. This is an official designation through the school district based on your student's primary language and English proficiency.
3) Homeless
4) Foster Youth
