Employees have the option of submitting Payroll forms electronically through Informed K12.
Additionally, all Payroll forms can be downloaded below and submitted in person to The Payroll Department. Forms are also available in the Payroll office for employees to fill out and submit. Any questions regarding Payroll forms please contact Payroll at 559-327-9074.
Payroll cannot accept e-mailed forms, copies of forms, or forms without an original signature. No exceptions.
