New Intranet for Employees

Clovis Unified has recently launched a secure Employee Intranet, creating a one-stop resource for all district employees.
Employees may notice some of the menu options on cusd.com have changed or are no longer available, but this is because those pages related to employee-content have been moved to the Employee Intranet. Internal-focused content is now behind a log-in protected area of the website containing items like human resource forms, trainings and more. Employees can also locate webpages that have moved by searching for the specific content, and an Intranet Index page will show if that content is on the Intranet.
Employees can access the Employee Intranet by clicking on the "Employees" tab and scrolling down to "Employee Intranet." If the employee is not already logged into ParentSquare with his or her primary district log-in, the system will automatically prompt the user with the login page.

Tips for employees to login:
- Use either the Google or Microsoft login buttons on the login screen once you enter the Intranet.
- Make sure to use your long CUSD email address (@clovisusd.k12.ca.us).
- The system will verify your email and log you into the Intranet.
