    Please know that during school instruction time our outdoor school facilities — playgrounds, fields, tracks and paths — will be closed to the general public for the safety of our students and staff. All our sites are considered closed until 6pm. No vehicles are allowed on our site except in designated parking lots-this includes external golf carts. External portable lights, inflatables, climbing walls, BBQs including smokers, and water events are NOT allowed at our sites.  Sound systems must not disrupt the neighborhood or other events on site. Music must be appropriate for children - no explicit lyrics.  CUSD does not allow external groups to hang banners on site except during your approved scheduled event time.  External group's events are not posted on CUSD websites, calendars, or PeachJar.

    Stadiums are closed to the public when school is in session and when district staff are not present.

    Our tennis courts are not open for use during school hours.

    Clovis Unified School District does not allow animals on our sites.  If you are looking for an on-leash or off-leash dog park, please visit Todd Beamer Dog Park or Woodward Dog Park.

Spring Season of Sport Zoom meeting is scheduled for 1.5.2023 at 11:30am.

 Clovis Unified School District will have the mandatory Zoom meeting on 1.5.2023 at 11:30am.  Field coordinators must attend the meeting to submit field requests for the Spring Season of Sport.  Please contact Cheryl Cross at 559.327.9261 to be added to the Zoom meeting.  

All fields will be closed for Winter Resting starting December 17, 2022 through February 5, 2023.   

Spring Season of Sport will start on February 6, 2023 through June 9, 2023.                                           .

USING CUSD FACILITIES

The District makes its facilities available for public use under guidelines established by Board Policy. If you are interested in using a District facility, please click on the following link to our facility usage software login page.

Please note the following:
  1. If the facility is available, the school will approve the request and forward it to the office of the Assistant Superintendent, Facility Services.
  2. District approval requires the submission of an acceptable certificate of insurance that lists Clovis Unified School District as additional insured.
  3. The appropriate charges will be invoiced to your group after the event is held.  The invoices will be emailed to the email you have used to generate an account with our facility usage software.
  4. Please read the following agreements:
