Yes. Since covered services are paid in full when utilizing the center, no additional insurance will be billed.
There will be no limits to the number of visits to the Health Center.
We ask for a 24-hour cancellation, we understand life is busy, so we allow one missed appointment before we issue a reminder letter.
By patient’s scheduling their appointment on line or on the mobile app, and specifying the type of appointment they need, miCare can manage appointments and predict appropriate staffing levels to stay on schedule. The health center will block several appointment times each day for same day sick visits. For same day visit requests, the member may call the Health Center to request open times.

Wellvia Telemedical Doctor, which will provide consults for our members, offers prescriptions for a wide range of conditions. These include, but are not limited to, drug classes such as antibiotics and antihistamines. Short-term prescriptions for maintenance medicines may also be obtained in cases where a member is in transition to a new doctor or traveling.
It is important to note that WellVia is not a drug fulfillment warehouse. In the event a doctor does prescribe medication, he/she will limit the supply based on state regulations
WellVia doctors do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by the DEA, non-therapeutic, and/or certain other drugs. These include, but are not limited to, antidepressant drugs. Also, non-therapeutic drugs are not prescribed.

In addition miCare has an integrated ePrescribing application within their Electronic Medical Record (EMR) for electronic data entry of prescriptions and reported medications. The prescription entered by the clinician is electronically linked to the CUSD CVS Rx program, and the prescription is then sent electronically to the pharmacy or mail order service where the prescription is filled.
