SPECIAL DIETS
If your child has a disability that requires a special diet, Campus Catering must receive written medical documentation with specific meal accommodations outlined. Please call 559.327.9131 to obtain a Medical Statement to Request Special Meals and/or Accommodations form. Food allergies are considered a disability if they could result in a life-threatening (anaphylactic) reaction. Special meal accommodations for students who do not have a disability must also be verified. We will work with you and your child to find menu items to accommodate your child’s needs on a case-by-case basis.
Please download the Medical Statement to Request Special Meals and/or Accommodations form or call 559.327.9131 to obtain a form.
